I think the following is of particular note to your manager:
1. Louise originally spotted the opportunity which GH clearly missed. In fact, I had written off the matter given the reaction I had to a similar offer made through them, but Louise worked with me to resurrect.
2. From that point, you provided the stability and guidance which made a big difference as the transaction could have failed at any given time when you think it was after all a 'divorce' situation with the sellers. I have you to thank for that.
In summary, your teamwork provided a result where GH did not get off first base. So guess who we will use in the future and also recommend to friends and family?

Dear Mr Grainger
I just wanted to write to say how entirely satisfied I have been with the service of your agency for the last few months. I have both bought a house and sold one via yourselves and have never felt anything less than completely looked after and filled with confidence at the enthusiasm and competence of your staff.
I must make particular mention of Gary Martinelli, he handled the purchase from day one and has been an absolute delight to deal and work with over what has been a tricky few months for me while my original property was continuing not to sell. However, it has of course now sold to my obvious delight and this is down to Gary and the team. Mr Martinelli is both professional, able and extremely helpful. There was never a point when I did not feel fully communicated with. The man is a gent.
I must also thank the rest of the team, Rob, Oliver, Louise et all who have all been great whenever I have spoken to them.
Thanks again for all your help, I am a very happy customer.

Please accept my sincere thanks for the time and energy that you have spent over the last several weeks to secure our sale. Your hard work and willingness to undertake numerous tasks that I am sure are far outside the normal remit and carry on negotiations in the most difficult circumstances with what was at times extraordinarily unreasonable people is to be highly commended.
In addition, the ability of all the associates at Jordan Fishwick to be able to provide up to date and accurate information on those occasions that you were not available was extremely impressive and in stark contrast to my experience with the previous Estate Agents who shall remain nameless.
Due to my circumstance, distance involved, time zones etc communication was key. The flow of information at Jordan Fishwick appeared to be quite seamless and everyone was more than willing to provide up to date progress reports and assistance. More importantly they obviously had the tools and ability to do so.
I hope to be back in the UK in the not too distant future and will certainly make a point to call in and thank you all in person.
