Full Time Property Manager - Manchester Office

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is an organised and motivated individual with an appetite to progress their own career in property management. You will be working in our new Northern Quarter office with similar minded people.

You will be responsible for all aspects of property management such as inventories, inspections, maintenance, liaising with Landlords, as well as renewals of tenancies. You will be experienced in working to deadlines and delivering excellent customer service both as part of a team and independently; experience of working in a property management department is essential.

Salary dependant on experience, driving license essential.

Full Time Lettings Negotiator- Manchester/Salford Office

Organised and motivated individual required for a position in our established and growing property lettings department. You will be responsible for all aspects of the lettings process such as viewings, referencing, tenancy agreements and move ins.

You will be experienced in working to deadlines and delivering excellent customer service both as part of a team and independently; experience of working in a busy department is recommended.

Weekend Assistant – Hale Branch

Hale Branch are looking for a reliable, friendly and approachable person to assist us with our busy weekend viewings.

The role will involve a variety of office work, taking enquiries from customers, registering their details and undertaking viewings on both sales and rental properties and with this in mind a car owner/driver would be preferred.

Full Time Residential Letting Property Manager - Based at Hale Office

An enviable position has become available at our busy property management department in Hale. Managing your own portfolio of properties, you will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management from carrying out visits of properties and arranging work repairs through to arranging renewals of the tenancy and carrying out checkouts.

The ideal candidate must be well organised, have a high degree of attention to detail and be methodical in their approach, good communication skills are essential and thrive working both within a team environment and on your own initiative.

Full Time Lettings Negotiator – Hale Office

An opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our successful team in the Hale Branch. We are currently looking for a lettings negotiator with particular strengths in administration and customer service.

The role will involve a variety of duties ranging from customer liaison, undertaking viewings and computer/admin work. Experience is always a welcome asset but is not essential for this role and ongoing training will be provided.
